Cancellation Policy
“Please provide 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments.
I understand that life happens and sometimes scheduling adjustments may be necessary, but when you no show or cancel without notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that spot and other guests miss the opportunity to sit in my chair. Since the appointment time is reserved specifically for YOU, a cancelation fee will apply.
No-call/text No-shows will not be rebooked.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you might be asked to reschedule and a cancelation fee may apply.
All cancelation fees must be paid before rebooking future appointments.
